For our letter C week we also made a crown from recycled cardboard cereal box and had a little cutting practice. For cutting practice I pulled out some pages of a magazine with pictures of items that started with a C. Since we are just learning how to use scissors I drew a box around the items and helped Cole follow the guide lines to cut out the pictures.
Then I let him use a glue stick and paste the pictures onto a 12×12 piece of paper.
