I took the kids to the zoo a few weeks ago. Both kids. To the zoo. By myself. We actually did really well and had a great time. This was our first outing to a busy location where I didn’t have another adult with me. While we were there Cole got to feed the giraffes. I was 100% sure he would chicken out once that giraffe head came over the fence, and was pleasantly surprised when he fed him all the lettuce, all by himself.
