Greetings from the Windy City! We made it to Chicago this morning with little incident. Cole flew on an airplane for the first time and you would have guessed he was a seasoned pro. We spent the afternoon at the Lincoln Park Zoo and all 3 of us have decided that it’s by far the best zoo we’ve ever visited. Jonathan thinks it’s even better than Animal Kingdom in Orlando. We are in love with the city of Chicago! Tomorrow we’re meeting Kristi and the girls at the Navy Pier in the morning and then it’s off to Shedd Aquarium in the afternoon. I’m not sure if I’ll get to post every night that we’re here, but I’m going to try.
The zoo was so kid friendly. On the other side of this glass is a HUGE bear. We let Cole out of his stroller and I told him there was a bear in the little cave and he crawled right in. No fear at all!
